SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Kiwi Country Clothing pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order you will be notified within 3 days after placing your order.

We use INSERT to process our shipping.

€165 and over €14.50

Normal dispatch time 2 days .However if leaving NZ please allow at least 2 – 5 days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of KiwiCountryClothing.ie (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
Christmas is a time when there’s most pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfil and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 2 weeks to give yourself the best chance of not being disappointed. We cannot guarantee delivery if it is a special item being dispatched from New Zealand we will advise you by email of the time frame given from New Zealand.
All prices are quoted in Euro and your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are returning an item please email to confirm.
Please make sure you mark it clearly for this address:
Kiwi Country Clothing
and enclose a copy of the delivery docket and the reason for returning. Returns must be made within 14 days.
*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.
Kiwi Country Clothing is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Kiwi Country Clothing are happy to exchange a garment for a similar product of different size (if available) or refund the cost of the item within 14 days of original delivery
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will try to take care of you. All returns must be within 14 days. However the cost of returning items to us is always the responsibility of the purchaser.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
