As there is direct correlation between size of hands and feet;

Small  for size 3, 4, 5 feet

Medium for size 5.5, 6, 6.5 feet.

Large for size 7, 8 ladies feet or standard man.

For thise men with extra large hands, I recommend the large kc316.
