We accept a return of purchased item within 14 days of dispatched item if there is an obvious fault with the product. A full refund or placement will be offered. You will be asked to return the item of clothing but in the first instance we advise that you take a photograph of the garment and send asap via Whatsapp to 00353868931953 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer a ''change of mind'' option so please be sure that you are intent on your purchase.
We will always swap a purchase for the correct size if the original size was chosen by the customer incorrectly. The customer is required to meet the cost of the extra postage.
We do not refund on an item due to ''wear and tear'' or accidental damage.
We strongly reccomend that you keep the care tag of your garment and ensure that you follow the cleaning instructions accurately for eg. Possum Merino should only be washed at 30 degrees preferably by hand or dry cleaned (socks and gloves are ok in washing machine at 30 degrees)
The oil skin coats should never be put in a washing machine but ''hang and hose'' or spot clean.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
